Caralyn E. Blaszka joined The Rotolo Law Firm in February 2017 with prior experience in the areas of commercial law, including contracts and litigation, and family law.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in English from Rutgers University in 2002, Ms. Blaszka went on to pursue her law degree at Seton Hall University School of Law from which she graduated in 2005. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Blaszka was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Blaszka worked as an associate with a northern New Jersey law firm before entering the corporate arena, where she served as General Counsel.
In addition to her experience in commercial law, Ms. Blaszka served as judicial law clerk to The Honorable Lisa F. Chrystal, J.S.C., where she focused on family law matters, including matrimonial matters, Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS) fact finding hearings, and domestic violence hearings.
Ms. Blaszka served as a presenter for the Inn of Transactional Counsel in both 2009 and 2010, and was lecturer for Sterling Educational Services, Inc.’s Landlord-Tenant Seminar for the years 2009, 2011, and 2016.
